Terms of Service

• Article 1 (Purpose)

  The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Kooks Corporation (hereinafter "the Company") and the users in using services such as online quotes and installation consultations provided through the Kooks World website (hereinafter "the Site").

• Article 2 (Definitions)

    "Site" refers to the website operated by the Company to provide information related to car tinting, PPF, new car packages, etc., and to accept online quotes and consultation requests.

  • ➁

    "User" refers to a person who accesses the Site and uses the services provided by the Company without a separate membership registration.

  • ➂

    "Online Quote" refers to a non-binding estimate provided for consultation guidance based on the information entered by the user through the Site.

• Article 3 (Disclosure and Amendment of Terms)

    The Company shall post the contents of these Terms on the Site so that users can easily check them.

  • ➁

    The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws, and in the event of an amendment, the effective date and details of the changes will be announced in advance on the Site.

  • ➂

    The amended Terms shall apply to the use of services occurring after the effective date.

• Article 4 (Service Contents)

    The services provided by the Company through the Site are as follows:

    • 1.

      Providing information related to Kooks World new car packages, tinting, PPF, etc.

    • 2.

      Accepting online quotes and installation consultation requests.

    • 3.

      Accepting partnership and collaboration inquiries.

    • 4.

      Other services determined by the Company.

    The Company may change the content and method of service provision, and major changes will be announced in advance through the Site.

• Article 5 (Nature of Service and Scope of Responsibility)

    The information and online quotes provided through the Site are for reference only for the convenience of users. Actual installation conditions, prices, and configurations are finalized through in-person consultation, telephone consultation, or a separate contract.

  • ➁

    In the event of a dispute due to differences between the information on the Site and actual conditions, the contents of the final quote, contract, on-site explanation, and official online consultation records (KakaoTalk, etc.) shall prevail.

  • ➂

    Vehicle information, content, and installation descriptions posted on the Site are for general informational purposes and do not always guarantee up-to-dateness or completeness. Users should use them as reference material only.

• Article 6 (Suspension of Service)

  • ➀

    The Company may temporarily suspend all or part of the service in the following cases:

    • 1.

      Maintenance, inspection, replacement, or failure of information and communication facilities such as servers, networks, and systems.

    • 2.

      Force majeure events such as power outages, communication failures, or natural disasters.

    • 3.

      Other cases where there is a significant operational need for the Company.

    The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user due to the suspension of service under Paragraph 1, unless there is intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.

• Article 7 (Obligations of the User)

  Users shall not engage in the following acts:

  • 1.

    Applying for inquiries, consultations, or quotes using false information or by misappropriating others' information.

  • 2.

    Defaming the Company or a third party or interfering with business operations.

  • 3.

    Posting or transmitting obscene, violent, or illegal information on the Site.

  • 4.

    Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Company, such as copyrights and trademarks.

  • 5.

    Bypassing the Site’s security features or attempting abnormal access to the service system.

  • 6.

    Any acts that violate relevant laws or public order and morals.

• Article 8 (Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights)

    Copyrights and intellectual property rights for all content (text, images, logos, videos, designs, etc.) posted on the Site belong to the Company or the respective right holders.

    Users may not use this content for commercial purposes or provide it to third parties without the prior written consent of the Company.

• Article 9 (Responsibility for Linked Sites)

  The Site may contain links to external websites not operated by the Company. In such cases, the Company is not responsible for the content, privacy processing, or security of those external sites. Users must independently review the terms and privacy policies of each external site.

• Article 10 (Indemnification and Limitation of Liability)

    The Company may claim damages from a user if the user violates these Terms or engages in illegal activities, causing damage to the Company or a third party.

    The Company is not liable for damages caused by the following reasons:

      Damages due to the user's fault (entering incorrect information, inability to contact, failure to check instructions, etc.).

    • 2.

      Service interruption or failure to fulfill contracts due to force majeure (natural disasters, war, infectious diseases, government regulations, etc.).

    • 3.

      Damages arising from the user’s reliance on general information (content, tips, etc.) provided on the Site without individual judgment.

    Even if the Company's liability is recognized, it shall only be liable within the scope of normally foreseeable damages, unless there is intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

• Article 11 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)

    The Company respects users' legitimate opinions and complaints and will make sincere efforts to resolve them.

  • ➁

    In the event of a dispute related to the use of services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through consultation. If no agreement is reached, a lawsuit may be filed in the court of jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.

  • ➂

    Disputes related to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
